The Summerhouse is centrally located on the Coastal Highway (High Steet of Motueka) to do it all. Northfacing with all day sun, The Summerhouse is light and airy throughout .. with quality linens, and all the amenities you need. Breakfast, and barbecue with a few wines on the sunny deck. Unwind
You have The Summerhouse 3 bedroom house, full kitchen, dining and lounge area. The deck and outdoor furniture, sun umbrella are all for your use, and so is the barbecue, but please clean it after use. Off street parking is for one car, but as long as we chat and you leave space and access for our car, we might be able to fit another car in for you . There’s a washing machine in The Summerhouse and if you need an ron and ironing board just ask. The clothesline is in the back garden and a small drying rack available to use on the deck.
Special conditions:
Please clean kitchen and barbeque after use.
Try to recycle where possible and empty rubbish and recycling into exterior bins prior to departure.
Remove fish waste from property- if not possible place it in the freezer in a clean bag
Please leave all linen on beds and used towels in laundry bag
