We welcome the first four people in your booking at one flat rate. We know how expensive it gets travelling with kids. Cleaning is included within that price.
This is a stylish, relaxing home, bathed in constant birdsong due to the lovely trees & the park we're surrounded with.
All of our mattresses are new with full anti bedbug encasements and then mattress protectors on top of that. There will be no dust mites, bedbugs or stains on our watch! Memory foam pillows are available.
We live next door & know the things that will make your stay relaxed & hassle free. You may see us, or you may not. It's really up to you...we'll take your lead.
8 mins drive to City Centre, Hospital & Te Kaha Stadium.
If your visit to Christchurch is due to a member of you family requiring a hospital visit/stay, please let us know. We've been there as a family, and we might be able to help.
If you're bringing the kids, (or even if you're not!) you can feed the eels in the river and the ducks in the park opposite The Terrace. It's such fun! Let us know ahead of time and I'll stock up on eel & duck food for you in your freezer.
There's a wonderful playground at the park, with a climbing wall, slides, swings, a twirly swing etc. The kids will love it! There's also a large playing field for kicking around a ball. So even if you have a day at "home", there's still plenty to do to keep the kids happy & occupied.
We also have a two story play house to entertain the littlies while mum and dad have a G & T on the deck!
We will supply all of your linen...towels, flannels, sheets & bedding. We sanatise all laundry with in wash anti bacterial liquid. When possible I dry linen in the sun for that nice fresh feel.
FIRST LEVEL is an open plan lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry

SECOND LEVEL has 2 large bedrooms and toilet

* Bedside tables & lamps with 3 drawers
* 2 luggage racks (We never understand why you only get one per couple in hotels!)
* A huge wardrobe
* Portable air cooling machine,
* Oil heater
* Ottoman.
* These rooms have the space to have a portacot (can be supplied) if required.
* Toilet with hand basin
THIRD LEVEL has a long bedroom with another small room
* King single bed and trundler, and a single bed and trundler.

* Toy box (if kids are coming)
* Air cooling machine
* Also a small room with a vanity with taps & cupboards, and a mirrored wardrobe. You're welcome to use it as a nursery or an office.
Parking room for 2 cars, or campervan off street. Plenty of secure room for bikes & skis storage.
