Immaculate well cared for condo located on the top (third) floor of the Legacy condominium complex. Our condo is located on Plymouth Place between Ocean and Atlantic Ave, one (1) block from the beach and boardwalk. This freshly renovated rental property includes wireless internet, four (4) Beach Tags, a beach umbrella and two beach chairs.
Our condominium has two bedrooms, one jack-and-jill bathroom (renovated in 2025), a living room and a new kitchen (2022). The condo includes one Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, one twin bunk bed with trundle in the second bedroom, and one new queen- size sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen has an electric stove top, convection microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. However, there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance for those who do not want to cook on vacation. Enjoy coffee or dinner on our third floor balcony with a great sea breeze and SunSetter retractable awning . There are peeks of the Ocean and beautiful views of the Ferris Wheel and Atlantic City at night.

Park your car in our private covered parking garage and walk to the beach, boards, rides, shopping and more as there is no need to drive again. Our condominium is in the heart of Ocean City!!
Enjoy the beach with the beach tags and chairs provided or relax by our sparkling pool (open weekends only from Memorial Day through Father’s Day weekend, then daily until Labor Day). You will be steps away from the OC Water Park and Castaway Cove. Stroll the boards in the evening with weekly events going on.
This condominium is a non-smoking unit with no pets allowed. We rent to families only to ensure a pleasurable vacation. (No Senior or Prom Weeks.)
