Nice quiet green street with school field and playground next door. Enjoy a BBQ on the elevated deck or relax in the comfort of indoors. Large 4K Wide screen TV with Netflix, CD/DVD/Blu-Ray player and huge DVD collection for entertainment. Plenty of off street parking for Boat or car (no garage parking) and well fenced to keep kids in if necessary. Mains pressure hot water ensures an enjoyable shower up stairs and down. Move the table and chairs inside or out according to the weather. Effective wood fire to warm the place in the winter and each room also has portable electric heater if needed too. Swim in the lake, river or soothing local hot pools.
