With water access directly across the road, & a short drive to Omaha, Matakana, Sawmill Brewery, and many more fantastic locations the area has to offer, Point Wells is the perfect escape.

The space
As you enter the house, a comfortable, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area greets you. A fully equipped kitchen will delight the chef in the family, whilst the children & adults alike will love sitting up at the breakfast bar to watch. A 6 person dining table, lounge with smart TV, gas fireplace and cozy couches/chairs, completes this space, which is perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the beach.

The doors to the lounge open right back to allow easy flow onto the deck, with bean bags and outdoor furniture to enjoy the birdsong, watch the sun go down, or sit around the outdoor fireplace on the patio.
There is ample space for children to ride their bikes on the driveway, and we have a Spring-Free trampoline tucked around the back of the house too. The property is fully-fenced, so please enquire about bringing your dog.

On the other side of the living area, the hallway takes you through to two bedrooms, both connected by the main bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen Bed, and captures the morning sun.
The other bedroom has two king single beds, one with a single trundler bed underneath, which can be made into a King Bed. This room gets the afternoon sun.
The bathroom has a separate toilet, & shower with a double-sink vanity.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom with King Bed, Ensuite and Walk-In Wardrobe offers spectacular sunrise views across the Whangateau Harbour with large sliding doors that open right up to let in that sea breeze.
Next to the master bedroom is an office workspace.

We also have a double garage which we have converted to a basic sleep-out, with a Queen Bed and a Futon. This can be included at an extra cost, please enquire if interested.

Plenty of parking space on-site, including room for your boat. Point Wells Boat Ramp is located at the end of the road, or Omaha Boat Ramp is 5 minutes drive.
Across the road is a public walkway through to the waters edge (1min walk). Here you can launch your paddle board/kayak, and kids can splash in the water at high tide.

Extra guests may be able to be accommodated, including the use of our basic sleep out with 1 Queen Bed & 1 Futon for an additional fee. Please enquire.

We supply duvets, pillows, tea towels.
Linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee.
