This stylish 3-bedroom apartment is located in central Wanaka being only a short 5 minute flat walk to the lake. Featuring 2.5 bathrooms, it also offers an open-plan living and dining area with gas fireplace.
The villa is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Wanaka and a 23-minute drive Cardrona ski field. Queenstown is just 45 minutes away.
You can relax on the balcony glass of wine in hand and enjoy views of Lake wanaka and the surrounding mountains. The living area features comfy sofas and a state-of-the-art home entertainment system.
The modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar and dishwasher. Laundry facilities are provided, with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. Secure garage car parking is included.

With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.
We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the villa will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.
Please be advised that some rental cars with ski racks on top will not fit in the garage and may cause damage. Please park larger cars with ski racks outside the garage.

Getting Around:
The Villa is conveniently located in popular Helwick Street, just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Wanaka and 50 minutes from Queenstown Airport.
If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Wanaka's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Wanaka is one of the main adventure towns in New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses.
