The Space:
Set over two levels with one bedroom at street level with living and kitchen and extending to decks on all three sides. Lower level is three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being an ensuite to the master room which also enjoys a private deck set amongst the trees. A further lower level encompasses a laundry room.
There are several outside zones for chilling or entertaining.
Guest Access:
Easy to find being off the end of Ponsonby road and located on the corner of Swift Ave. Plenty of street parking but also has a roll away fence/gate from Swift Ave should you want a secure parking pad
The Neighborhood:
A peaceful gentrified neighbourhood of high value single dwelling homes, most being renovated villas.
Yet only several minutes walk to the vibrant Ponsonby Road which is the iconic shopping and entertainment strip in Auckland which extends some 1.5km to the gritty K Road (Karangahape Road) which boasts more cuisine and late night venues
Getting Around:
Legs are good to be able to take in the surroundings. Uber is usually a couple of minutes away and Lime scooters dot this locality.
