Summary: Basically a nice hotel but looks like it’s due for renovation. My daughter was extremely disappointed that they weren’t willing to send on the plush toy that she accidentally left in our room. They confirmed they had it at reception but I never heard from them again when I asked (three times) if they could send it to me in the UK at my own expense. It was one of a pair that she got with her best friend and I can’t replace it as they’re out of stock everywhere. 😕
