Positive: We love it here. It's our 3rd stay in recent years. It's quiet and a great location. Love the new deck. It's handy to the RSA, Flat White, Bowentown and the local beach

Negative: Just thought I'd mention the cobweb low near the floor in front of the ensuite vanity. Also a few weeds in the garden between the gate and the back stairs
