2 bedroom unit located near the new Whangamata marina, and across the road from ski lane. The Unit is behind main house ideal for families and couples.
Inside is a modern and new open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area which opens out onto a covered BBQ area. The kitchen is complete with small bench top oven, microwave and all new kitchenware. In the main living space you'll find a wall mounted 32" flat panel TV with free to air and DVD player and stereo player for enjoying good tunes, quiet nights in or for entertaining the children.
The unit sleeps 4. In the second room we have 2 single beds,, In the main bedroom there is a queen bed. All beds have duvets and pillows. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels. However sheets and towels are available at an exra charge of $15.00 per person.. We also have a washing machine available for your own convenience.
This is a quite area and not suitable to have loud parties and music especially over the New Year Period. Boat ramp across the road. it is a 2 min walk to the children's playground, 15 min walk into town and the wharf, and about 15 min walk to to the popular surf beach. Close to forest for tramping and great day walks. Opotuere beach and Pauniui beach all short driving distances.
Please note parking for one car only.
However there is plenty of parking across the road.
