Willow Cottage is a warm and private modern home set on a hectare of park-like gardens close to Martinborough village. Rural but just a few minutes’ drive or about 20 minutes flat walk to fabulous cafés, restaurants, designer shops, movie theatre, supermarket and more. The perfect spot for one or two couples any time of year.
The space
The heart of this two-bedroom home is a warm and functional open-plan kitchen-dining-living area with cathedral-style ceiling and double doors to the front and back decks. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and two separate prep areas with sinks. TV with many online options via unlimited wifi.
The back deck extends out to a gazebo with spa pool and pool table/table-tennis table next to the built-in fireplace/barbecue. The front veranda is also great in almost any weather.
Bedroom 1 is a generous size with luxurious super-king bed, spacious ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom 2 is off the other side of the living area and has a super-comfy king bed, own TV, adjacent bathroom and sunroom/study.
Explore the gardens and discover the fruit trees (help yourselves when in season), sculptures, water features and pathways.
The property is not suitable for young children because of the water features but please contact us to discuss.
