Cleaning Fee
The cleaning fee only includes the basic cleaning of the house. Please make every effort to leave the house as you found it (plus normal wear and tear). Our cleaning team will charge an additional fee of $100 which we’ll have to pass to you for any of the following:
• Stained towels, bedsheets, bed and duvet covers, walls, furniture, or other items
• Garbage pickup (garbage that is outside the trash can or trash bag)
• Pet urine, waste or footprints on beds/furniture
• Liquid or food spills
• Any additional cleaning or treatment which delays the normal turnover of the house
Additional Service Charges:
- Optional pool heat fee of $40/day (applied to entire stay, request must be made upon booking)
- Pet friendly - max 2 dogs of 50lbs w/ $15 fee per night+ taxes
