The house is designed from the owners love of India and is set in a large flat section with the sun wrapping around giving you a choice of alfresco places to sit.
Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped and open plan. There are two bedrooms in the main house with a large bathroom complete with a bath. Open plan living and a separate study for reading or watching television.
The third bedroom/garden room is detached from the main house, it has a King bed, a Single divan bed and an en suite bathroom. It also has a small kitchen bench with tea & coffee facilities and a bar fridge.
The property is fully fenced and there is plenty of off-street parking.
