Some furnishings are not exactly as pictured as we have changed a few things out. Dining table seats 6 and extra seating at kitchen counter. Master has king bed, private bath and TV. Second BR has queen. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware & staples. 4 kayaks you can launch from dock and paddle out for sunsets. Beach towels, Beach chairs, umbrella, sand buggy, insulated drinkware and lounge chairs. Screened lanai. Plenty of parking. Big screen TV with Spectrum and Apple TV. Wifi. Laundry soap, dish soap, bath soap and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Help yourself to anything in the home or kitchen (other than the locked owners closet in master bedroom). Laundry room is indoor (not in garage). Dogs but NO CATS (allergies)
