The space
Set amidst a quiet and private tropical garden with Spa pool and water features, the cottage provides total relaxation in the very heart of Auckland city (20 minutes from CBD and 10 min from The International Airport). Its unique colonial design made it spacious for a couple but can also accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests while giving you total privacy from the owners.

BREAKFASTS & MEALS:

All meals must be ordered at least 24 hrs in advance and come with vegetarian, gluten and dairy free options.
A light Room service is also available between 6pm and 10pm.
GUEST ACCESS
For total privacy, the Cottage room has its own separate access through the back of the garden and private parking comes with the rent.
SPA
Hydrotherapy massage after a long flight is one of the luxury options offered to our guests using the top of the range Hot Spring Spa pool. This facility is by prior arrangement only and may not be available at all time.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check out time is strictly before 10:00am and check in from 2:30pm. However, if we have no booking before your arrival or just after your departure (please contact us), you are most welcome to come sooner or stay a bit longer.
LUGGAGE and TRANSPORTATION
for a small fee, we can also store safely your luggage until you are ready to depart or arrive.
When convenient and by prior arrangement, Pick-up and drop-off from/ to Auckland International Airport can also be arranged.
