We are situated in the lovely suburb of Lynmore, offering a private guest suite that is attached to our home but independent of our space. Complete with your own private entrance, open plan living area and bedroom combined, bathroom and a breakfast station. The space Queen bed, bathroom with high quality amenities, Sky TV and unlimited WiFi available during your stay. Private patio area with outdoor table to relax with a couple of beers or a glass of wine. Breakfast station provides jug, cutlery/crockery, microwave, mini-fridge, hot beverage options, bread for toast, choices of spreads, selection of cereals and milk for you to help yourself to. Please note the breakfast station is not a kitchenette so it does not have a sink. Private bathroom comes complete with bathroom amenities i.e. shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, heated towel rail and fresh towels and face cloths provided. Parking right outside the door (onsite). Wash down facilities for mountain bikes.
