Home includes a 1st floor full bathroom, laundry, and HUGE bonus suite with 4 bunkbeds, queen bed, and full pullout sofa bed, and kitchenette. 1st floor also includes access to Elevator which is awesome to carry groceries and luggage! 2nd floor includes 2 spacious QUEEN bedrooms with shared full bath and a NEWLY Renovated master suite with King bed and complete master bath with freestanding tub and separate shower. All 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor have private access to wrap around porch. 3rd floor includes open living, kitchen,pantry(bonus!) dining, and full bathroom! 3rd story also includes 2 sliding doors to wrap around porch. All bedrooms have TV and cable, and open living area also has large TV/cable.

Beautiful Neighborhood! Includes access to neighborhood pool (OPENS MAY 12) and 2 beach access boardwalks (one is in our back yard!!!) Literally only steps away. NO Thru Streets, makes this beach rental IDEAL for little ones! Included with rental are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, and toys.
