Just a few minutes drive from popular, safe swimming beaches Cable Bay and Coopers Beach. Glass fronted Cablecrest was built to a premium standard, completed in 2018 and offers a contemporary and stylish central base to explore Doubtless Bay and the greater Northland region.

Dramatic high ceilings with exposed decorative trusses and a rolling barn door into the upstairs suite. A Masport Akaroa woodburner is rarely lit, the warm house is double-glazed and also has a heatpump.
The breezy, private, covered and paved 50 sqm outdoor patio at the rear of the property is ideal for BBQing and has a hot/cold outdoor shower for salty folk returning from the beach.
