Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.
The Space
A two-bedroom home on a single level, in Fernhill, just above central Queenstown. The living areas look out to views of The Remarkables, and, Lake Wakatipu.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, with mildly obstructed views of The Remarkables.
Bathrooms: One bathroom. Full bathroom with standing shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, Smart TV and leather.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, gas stovetop, microwave, 4-slice toaster and, kettle.
External: There is a patio at the back of the home with a table and four chairs.

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds or 1 King Bed
Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathroom, and balcony.
Guests do not have use of the garage. Instead, you may use the driveway, just remember to be mindful when parking as it is a shared parking area.
There is also abundant on-street free parking if you have multiple vehicles.

The neighbourhood is wonderful and you are only a 5 minutes' drive to the lake and CBD.
