The Guest Accommodation (150 sqm) is completely self-contained, separate and set adjacent from the historic villa, Bourne House (circa 1900). Bourne House is currently occupied by Andy and Lesley, they can assist with any queries you have while staying in the Guest Accommodation.
You'll awake to the sounds of wild birds while you relax and unwind in the outdoor living space, garden or simply take a dip in the solar heated pool which can get quite warm during the summer months ( weather dependent ) The pool has the latest UV sanitising system.
The pool will be available for use from the 1st November until the 31st April.
A spa pool located in the pool area with views of the bay. It's available for use all year round.
The living space is self-contained with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, with large open dinning and lounge areas that look out onto the pool with breath-taking views. The entire living space and the main bedroom have bi-fold doors ensuring that all views are uninterrupted.
The Guest Accommodation also has a laundry room, a BBQ space and includes outdoor furniture, dinning, Wi-Fi and music appliances with Bluetooth.
On request a Welcome Package will be provided for arriving guests.
Towels, pool towels and linens are provided.
