Summary: A bit let down by arrival. Was given the wrong number for lock box, so waited for a while outside. Also, there was a lot of rubbish overflowing the outside bin. There was some dirty cutlery in the drawer, and 2 dirty plates. Also some bread crusts in the bin under sink.
