Positive: Really kind and accommodating staff, late check in allowed. Late notice they allowed us to stay for longer, we were dealing with an unwell/palliative family member in the hospital and they discreetly left flowers and chocolate in our room with a lovely hand written note. It was very lovely and appreciated
