The Space
A two-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the Marina Apartments on the Frankton Road waterfront.
Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. Please let us know your desired configuration when booking.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Master has shower over bath, whilst the second bathroom has a standing shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV, balcony access.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, oven, induction cooktop, extractor fan, microwave, and dishwasher.

Stairs: External stairs only. There are two sets of stairs from the parking lot to the apartment.
Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (300 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.
