Beautiful park like grounds in a working farm space, incredible house views, amazing sunrises
2 mins walk to beach, access to beach BBQs
Gated community so safe but 10.00pm noise restrictions.
House is on three levels, bottom level is tv room and garage, old table tennis table in the garage with lots of fun still in it.
Next levels are kitchen and dining room with spectacular round room, also bbq area. 1st bedroom with ensuite. Board games available

Cattle stops throughout the park and onto the property
Close to great walks, Parua pub, and bakery.
Fishing is off the rocks to the right or at high tide you can fish off the jetty( you will get your feet wet). In the kayak you have freedom to go where you want. Please use the life jackets provided but use at your own risk.
