30 min walk to Smugglers Bay, a remote unspoiled swimming beach, or enjoy the many free walks available. Parking for up to 6.5 mtr boat and 6-8 cars. 2-3 minutes and you can launch at Urquharts Bay. .For walkers or hikers there’s a abundance of free walks through and around Bream Head, Mount Manaia, Mount Aubrey which is just at your door step. Owner does live on the property but in private self detached studio.
