A second bathroom services the other 2 bedrooms. The villa is fully self-contained with a full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, open plan living/dining area, laundry facilities and covered car park.
The Terrace Downs Resort provides for a full range of activities from golf, tennis courts, gym, walking, biking, health spa, clay bird shooting, horse rides, jet boating, restaurants. Helicopter flights can also be arranged from the clubhouse with a shuttle service to Mt Hutt ski field from the club house during the ski season.
