Karaka Bach is located near the beach and is a timber 2 storey family owned cottage with great indoor / outdoor flow. It has a large section which is fully fenced, with sea views. A 2 minutes walk and you are on the beach , or you can enjoy the licensed cafe /restuarant and Sprig and Fern Bar. Just 3 minutes walk in the other direction and you are able to catch a water taxi or kayak to take you into the Abel Tasman National Park,
This lovely accommodation has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a wood fire to keep you warm on those cooler nights. Downstairs, adjacent to the bathroom, is a private double bedroom . Upstairs on a u-shaped mezzanine floor there is a queen and a single bed at one end, and 3 single beds at the other . Both have privacy screens and are separated by a landing / sitting area, with access to the upstairs deck. Best suited to groups no greater than 6.
There is a BBQ for those lazy summer days entertaining and dining outdoors .The property is attracts the native birds and is wonderful to listen to in the morning and evenings
