Positive: The location and size of house was really good

Negative: The check in gave a Multitude of issues Gave plenty of notice asking for early check in, but no answer. Then the major disappointment was that the lockbox was empty no key. It added a whole lot of stress to the beginning of my trip until I got hold of bach care ( the guy there was so delightful and super helpful) who got hold of the house cleaner and gave me another code for another lock box which the key was in. Finally got in at 4pm on the Friday.
