The sleepout comprises two bedrooms with ample space for relaxation. Both the house and sleepout have been meticulously furnished with new furniture, beds, and linen (Note: The sleepout does not include a separate bathroom).
Enjoy the sea breezes with your own covered outdoor deck that flows out from the lounge. Plenty of off-street parking and a fully fenced section. For security measures, there is a surveillance camera positioned outside the sleepout, monitoring the driveway and gate.
