Beautiful three bedroom two-storey house located in Ostend. Each room has comfortable queen beds as well as a mezzanine floor with a fold out couch. On chilly nights or after a cooling dip in the sea, a roaring indoor fire (or heatpump) or outdoor spa will keep you toasty. Many attractions nearby (within 5min drive) including Goldie Vineyard, Palm Beach, Ostend shops and markets, Supermarket, Casita Miro Restaurant etc. Fully equipped laundry and kitchen facilities. Lounge includes selection of DVD's, home theatre, Smart TV, games and puzzles. WIFI is included in rental. Outdoor area includes a swing for the kids, BBQ, decking and sun chairs and plenty of grass to run around. There's a couple of bodyboards available as well as tennis rackets.
Please note, the sleepout shown in the photos is currently unavailable for hire. Minimum two night bookings, 3 nights during long weekends.
A cleaning fee of $100 will be applied at the time of booking.

Smoking is allowed outside only. Pets maybe allowed with prior approval. Note that the property is not fully fenced.

We have a low pressure shower - like many places on Waiheke as we're all on tank water. It works fine, but is not high pressured like you may have at home.
Our driveway is short, but like many driveways on the Island is steep. Its best suited for a 4WD but 2WD cars also make it up too.
We have installed two external security cameras on the property. Recordings won't be viewed unless there's a need to eg damage to property, party, complaint from neighbours.
