Positive: Sheets were clean.

Negative: Mice in the wall in upstairs bedroom. Couldn't use that bedroom because it was very noisy. Everything in kitchen needed cleaning before it could be used. Fridge didn't work properly, didn't cool things properly. Generally property is very run down.

Summary: It was okay.
