Our charmingly restoredw Villa provides all the modern amenities whilst embracing the features of a character home. The extensive deck with verandas, BBQ and outdoor seating provide a relaxing outdoor space. The fenced back yard encompasses an outdoor bath area with twin cast iron baths. The spacious 3 bedrooms are furnished with King Bed + Smart TV and coffee table & chairs and feature fire (decorative only) in the Master Bedroom, Super King bed in the 2nd Bedroom, Single bed + Single bunk beds in the 3rd Bedroom. All bedrooms have spare sheets, blankets and oil heaters. There is a wood burner and heat-pump in the Living Room. The Kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include dishwasher, upright fridge freezer with icemaker, induction cooktop, twin wall mounted ovens and microwave. Children are welcome although we do not have a cot or kiddi locks on the laundry/kitchen cupboards/drawers for littlies. Note the property has external security cameras.
