This is a brand new house and comprises open plan living/dining/kitchen, 3 bedrooms (x2 queen, x1 twin room), a main bathroom and an ensuite for the principal bedroom.
The house is light-filled and spacious, cozy warm in winter, with fans and cross-ventilation for summer days. Surrounded by the beautiful mountains, positioned above Lake Whakatipu.
The kitchen is fully equipped for in-house cooking and dining, and all appliances are brand new. The house comes with full laundry facilities, linen cupboard and ample storage. Everyday amenities are provided in the kitchen and bathrooms.
The house comes with flat off-street parking with easy access into the house.
The town centre is a short walk away or there is a bus if required. There`s a lovely convenience store, fish & chip, and the popular `Lokal` restaurant within a short walk up the hill.
**Mountain Biking**
29a Sainsbury Rd places you perfectly for mountain biking, ride straight from the door to the Fernhill Loop and Ben Lomond tracks, or cruise just 10 minutes (2 km) into town to access the Skyline gondola and Bob’s Peak downhill trails. The 7 Mile Bike Park is also close by, only 7 km along the lakefront road toward Glenorchy (a 20–25 minute spin), offering 28 flowy cross-country and downhill runs loved by locals.
To help you ease into your Queenstown stay, we provide a light breakfast for your first morning — cereal, milk, and specialty milk if preferred. Please note this isn’t replenished during your stay.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and outdoor spaces. One cupboard will be locked for cleaning and host supplies.

CLEANING: You are kindly asked to look after the property and its contents, and keep the property clean and tidy, and free of strong smells from cooking etc.
RUBBISH:Please empty the rubbish and recycling during your stay if they get full. These can be placed in the bins outside.
CLEANING FOR EXTENDED STAYS: for stays 8 days a more, you are required to pay an additional fee for regular cleaning. If your stay is 10 days, a mid stay clean is required. For two weeks or more, a weekly clean is required.
