The heart of this level is an expansive open plan kitchen, dining, and living area that flows seamlessly onto a balcony, offering breathtaking ocean views perfect for alfresco dining. The downstairs level provides two additional bedrooms, one with a super king bed and the other with four bunk beds, along with a second bathroom, a cozy living room, and a convenient kitchenette that opens directly onto the front lawn and driveway. Please note that for bookings of six guests, the upstairs area is provided exclusively, while bookings for seven to twelve guests include the full property. We offer ample parking space, making it an ideal choice for guests bringing boats or jet skis.
