Bedroom one offers a queen-sized bed with access to the deck via a sliding door. Bedroom two is also equipped with a queen-sized bed, while bedroom three features two single beds. All bedrooms are prepared with clean, fresh, crisp linen and towels for your arrival.

The elevated, fully fenced backyard seamlessly flows from the deck and is the ideal space for the kids to play. They can explore and engage in imaginative play in the Wendy house.

There is parking available for two vehicles in the driveway, with additional free street parking if needed. The School Yard is located across the road from a school, so please be mindful of the hum of children playing and the 3pm school pick-up traffic.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
