Please be aware bedroom 3 on the ground floor at this property is only able to be accessed externally.All guests are encouraged to use the handrail when accessing the internal stairs as they are quite steep.Adults should closely supervise young children to ensure that they do not climb through the vertical wooden slats in the mezzanine barrier and the horizontal wooden slats on the deck barrier. Guests should take care when accessing the property as there is a steep driveway.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
