You will be able to see the sunset over the Waitakere Ranges every night from the balcony and soak up all the splendour of what mother nature has to offer.
The Space:
Welcome to your sun-filled three bedroom home down a quiet cul-de-sac, conveniently situated just 10 minutes from the city. This house has been recently renovated and has all the modern essentials - heat pump, good insulation, HRV system, Alexa system to play music, TV with Netlfix. The kitchen is well designed and equipped with all the essentials for a big cook up. We also have a porta-cot available for use and there are children's toys and family boardgames in the lounge cupboard.
With the master bedroom upstairs - This has a king bed, huge ceiling to floor wardrobe with mirror doors, special black out blinds that blocks out ALL light just incase you want to have that sleep in.
Bedroom 2 upstairs - Has a single bed with a trundle bed option that can be pulled out from underneath, this room also has black out curtains.
Bedroom 3 downstairs - Queen bed and black out curtains.
The upstairs lounge/kitchen - is open plan living with great entertaining possibilities, modern facilities and a cupboard full of board games incase you catch a rainy day.
Bathroom - Rain shower, LED mirror, stylishly designed.
Downstairs lounge - Has a comfy couch and TV with Netflix, a cupboard with extra blankets and a separate wardrobe with ample hanging and storage space.
Guest Access:
You will have full and exclusive access of the property excluding the garage.
The property is the last house at the end of a driveway. Please go to the very rear of the property and enter through the back door. There is space for two vehicles to park on the concrete pad at the end of the driveway.
