Room for the boat on site - flat lawn, with concrete driveway pad, partially-near fully fenced bordering small bush reserve, at the end of a right of way. In the middle of two beaches - New Chums and School house bay (Opera Point area) plus bang in the middle is Whangapoua - One of the most beautiful beaches and area on earth!
