Lake Station House is a warm, cosy and private retreat nestled into the edge of Lake Station, It's separate to the main homestead residence and just 12 minutes from St Arnaud Village. Fully self-contained with large lounge, dining and kitchen area, an ensuite and 2nd bathroom as well. 3 bedrooms, the master with a king sized bed and ensuite. A bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with two single bunks. Plenty of lawn for the kids to run around on or a game of backyard cricket. If you like wide open spaces, fresh alpine air and farm animals this is the place for you! There is plenty to explore with Lake Rotoiti, mountain biking trails, walking tracks, Rainbow ski field and fly fishing nearby. It's a fully fenced property with ample off-street parking. Bedding, towels and tea/coffee provided. We offer access to the pantry should you require anything during your stay although we please ask for items to be replaced. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine in it. Laundry facilities (washing machine and tub) are also available for guest use. There is a Weber BBQ available too. Under floor heating and a log burner will keep you warm during the cooler months. Firewood is provided.
