The minimalist elongated dwelling height creates spaciousness for ease of inside and outside living flow, drawing in atmospheric sunlight, birdsong and ocean air on a lovely leafy street. The living, kitchen and dining are in one sun drenched open plan space, with a fully equipped kitchen, comprising of six burner gas hob and electric oven, cookware, coffee machine, handmade pottery, glasses for cocktails, wine and whisky, a dishwasher, fridge, dual airconditioning and heating. The living area is integrated in this space with a long 4 metre suede leather lounge with duck feather cushions that you can sink into and relax, create your own ambient entertainment space with bluetooth speaker, and window blinds that open up a 3m view of sky, or open up the large glass doors to the deck entrance and surrounding green walls to extend inside to the space outside. A handmade table on castor wheels can be moved towards to the lounge to create your own restaurant style booth for meals.
